Room 800 baths but extra bed 500 baths wich is very expensive. Room too small for 3 persons, no place for luggages. Internet 150 baths a day even if I can only stay 5 minutes...

The rooms in Oriental Wing are brand new and nice in shape and zice, but the art of construktion has not taken noice in to consideration so that you here everyting, like talk, shoting wardrobedoors, toiletvisites and so on.
Brekfastbuffet very poor and not worth the price!
Generally pricelevel for the hotel ( standard of rooms - restaurant ect ) is to my oppinion at the heigest, I am very experinced in traveling i the area and there are many much better dealls to bekomme.

The breakfast would have been better if the containers had covers on instaed of being open to flies etc. The resort maybe better value for money when refurbishment is complete.

this resort is in a great location right next to nai yang beach and near phuket airport however i do feel it is overpriced compared to other resorts/accomodation in phuket/thailand

Get AC room. Even in winter its too hot not to have AC. I stayed in Fan Room and had doors open all night, result is I am covered in over 100 mosquito bites that are still sore one week later. Hotel should cover its septic tank and drains to get rid of mosquitos. Good restuarant but let down by brain dead waiters.

at the moment, very nice hotel( particularly "the tropical wing")but the big extension taking place right now might spoil its friendly atmosphere. We found the whole staff competent, smiling, welcoming, however,apart from a couple of employees they must really improve their command of the English language !
