Loved the place, very friendly atmosphere, staff very nice. it is a fair walk to the beach, felt safe walking in to town during the day, but as a single person would not do it at night as the street is vey dark.

It was a wonderful Guesthouse. The staffs were absolutely pleasant . The rooms was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple consisting of omellete, toast , coffee juice. Simple but refreshing.

The facilities were basic but sufficient. Toilet was clean. But the greatest thing about the guesthouse is the service! The kind thai lady, whom i think is the co-owner is so attentive and sweet! She pays attention to all the details, making the place feel so homely! The guesthouse is located a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, hence giving the place a serene and peaceful feel. Many travellers just sit ard its porch with a book, under the warm sunlight n chill... To summarise, the place is HOMELY.

Reservation was good and instant.For those without own transport, it will be a bit difficult to go to the beach. It is quite far. Location is hard to find. The map in the website does not show the exact location unless you are familiar with the place. No place to park the car.
Room is clean but shower was not good and water outlet was clogged.

One thing what i have to mention. The breakfast might be more and more various.
Not counting this we were very satisfied with all things and i will recommend to our friends this hotel.
