The Montien is 44 years old and its age is beginning to show. It could use a little updating. That being said, the room was comfortable and the location is central without being right in the business centre. The staff are wonderful, all very helpful, polite and fun. Given the special offers available for other hotels at this time of year, my room ($130 without breakfast) was not great value for money.

Looks directly onto teh Night Market, ideal location, 5* treatment, expensive for Bangkok though.

Montien is a very good hotel in a good location.But most notable for me is the staff. Everyone of them was very kind and helpful at every time. So we felt very well and enjoyed our stay at Montien. And if we will be back in Bangkok some day (maybe), I am sure we will choice the Montien again!

the Montien has a lot to offer travelers to Bangkok, its staff are abel t speak English much better than most Hotels in town and the are well informed on a variety of places and things which you wish to source they have a high standard of service and the overall standard of this Hotel is very high.

You made a mistake and you said I could pre-regiter my Thai Lady which I have been doing for years. The management of the hotel said there had been no change in their policy and that I could indeed pre register her. You need to get that straight with the hotel. I hav the GM name if it will you
