The only feedback that I have about the hotel is the number of flights of stairs that we had to use to get to areas around the hotel. Not wheelchair friendly hotel and this should be stated in the advert. Other than that it was abeautiful stay at Mom Tri.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Fabulous rooms and stunning location. The staff were very friendly and always made you feel welcome. Highly recommend to stay here if you want that little extra pampering.

The location of this hotel is one of the best I have been in. It feels a million miles away from the cheesy mass tourism of Phuket. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service was fine.

Absolutely loved the place - a quiet oasis in the centre of Chiang Mai. so close to the night market and all sight seeing. Staff so friendly and welcoming. A fantastic stay - would highly recommend it.

A great location for couples wanting to escape to a boutique style resort. Large room, loverly decorated with good facilities, good balcony with view, superb location. We have stayed at a number of locations in Phuket and this is our favourite.

Mom Tris Villa Royale is a hotel we would recommend to anyone wanting a taste of something more than your typical 5 star resort. The gardens, the privacy, the service were all excellent. Other than the unique, superficial beauty of the hotel, and it's surrounds, the outstanding thing for us was on the day of our check-out. We had to be out of the Kata Suite room (due to new arrivals) at 12 noon. Our flights werent til 6.40pm that evening, the weather was bad,our transfer pick-up wasn't for 5hrs, and we were already shopped-out! Without our requesting it, the hotel desk staff offered another unoccupied room for us to spend the day in where we could laze around and watch tv. To Peter and I, this offer exceeded our expectations, and really meant a lot to us as we also had a midnight connecting flight that day. We are grateful to Mom Tris for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely environment, and also to Asia Web Direct for their organisational input to make our trip a smooth, trouble-free one!
