Great hotel to stay at. The grounds are great and the pools are fantastic (which is lucky, because the beach is very average). We stayed in a pool villa, but saw the hotel rooms as well. We thought the villas were all great, but would not stay in the hotel rooms, which were fairly average. Also, pool villas have no privacy for pool (other than pethouse ones), so no point in booking one of them. Save your money and book a deluxe villa without pool. otherwise, fantastic resort. restaurants were good and so was food. breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have seen at a hotel.

After receiving a unpleaset service at reception, on the first night one of the beds was drenced, was promptly changed by housekeeping, however the following night the room leaked all over the bed again. Was prombly changed to another room, however it was noisy as it was close to another resort, was then finally changed to a pool villa and was happy with this change. Had to really complain to get a good room though

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The staff are friendly and warm. While there were language barriers at times, it was not a big deal because everything got sorted with patience and smiles. The rooms were excellent and clean. The villa is a must-stay. The pools and services around the pools areas are great! There is a definite resort feel to the hotel. Very relaxing.

Very nice hotel and hotel room was more than adequate for short stay. Had a look at the plunge pool, although not sure if it is worth the extra money per night.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Only problem was the transfers that were included in our "Super Sever" (as spelt on the website) but were not arranged. Spent over half an hour at the airport waiting for transport to the hotel. Then had a driver who had no idea where he was going so took us almost 2 hours to get to the hotel when it should have only taken about 45mins from the international airport. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and the staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful.

All in all: overpriced - your villa is rather a compartment with high walls around, but the deluxe garden villa with the outside shower is still way nicer than a standard hotel room. Location in Karon Beach is good as you can walk into town with lots of Restaurants.
Very nice gardens, huge resort.
I think the Mövenpick tries to convey a professionality that is simply unrealistic for Phuket.

The garden and the sea which I saw from the room of the hotel were splendid. When I went to the beach from a hotel, we were able to go to the beach safely because there was a specialized guard in front of the hotel

This Hotel is very nice with many facilities and a beautiful garden. We appreciated a lot the confort of the room (little house) , the wonderful swimming pools and the super breakfast. The location is OK because the Karon beach is in the good balance of animation. We appreciated a lot our stay, but the prices of the hotel restaurant and bars are too expensive wrt what is available outside.
