The stay in this hotel was disappointing for the following reasons:
1. The electricity got cut off twice in the middle of the night, leaving the room steaming hot, without aircon.
2. When I returned to the hotel in the daytime, it was extremely noisy due to drilling and hammering as repairs were being carried out.
3. On departure I got charged 283 baht for drinking 4 bottles of water (which I was told is free when I arrived).
4. The lightening in the rooms are very bad which makes it almost impossible to read at night.
5. On the last day I only got 2 eggs and 2 slices of toast with tea for breakfast.
6. Most staff spoke very poor English.

The staffs there are very friendly. There tell us how to get to the place in a cheaper way via bus and help to order a cab to get around. Most importantly, they always carry a smile..

Not only the room but the place is well cleaned. All staff are very friendly and helpful indeed. By walking distance to shopping areas. Location should be in details on net for new traveller. English name is not match the Thai one. Nobody would understand if called in English. It is an ongoing organised mangement and improved hotel.
