We booked this hotel for its location in Patong. It was new & advertised as a 5 star hotel. It was certainly not 5 star. It was poorly finished & the rooms were very dark. The bathroom did not have a sink. The sink was located outside the bathroom, next to the tea & coffee making facilities. The air conditioner was so noisy, we were unable to sleep with it on. Our cabana room had no privacy at all, with people swimming right past our room. There was no bar in our wing & the only restaurant was the buffet. Breakfast buffet was substandard. We only stayed 1 night, even though we had booked 6. We moved to the Evason, which was beautiful & truly 5 star.

Stayed in a pool access Cabana Room. Impressed by the size and layout of the room and the bathroom was outstanding. Private deck and Jacuzzi with access to the main pool were a real treat. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Overall the experience was nothing short of excellent.

The Millenium Resourt in Phuket provided me with perfect accommodation and excellent location with safety and convinience. I really enjoyed my rest due to cleaning room, gorgeous pool, friendly service, and mavelous breakfast. I recommend this resort for perfect vacation. But, for the spa, it is too expensive compared to its quality.

Excellent hotel. Right in the centre of Patong and only 5 minute walk to Patong Beach. Clean, comfortable, fantastic breakfast! Could not fault this hotel.

Millenium Patong had just opened the month we stayed there.
All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and the complimentary massage was beautiful.
Love the decor - and the breakfast is outstanding.
More hotel than resort - but a wonderful place to stay.

because hotel was new, it was excellent. although not on the beach front, location was good. we eat strictly halaal breakfast staff went out of their way to accomodate our requests. I do not recommend patong area for families with children.
