Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. Some suggestions for improvements - the water from the showers leak everywhere; put table & chairs on the balconies.

Millennium Resort Patong Phuket, is in the heart of the shopping and pubbing area. The room is furnised tastefully, clean and new which is an essential factor for me to choose a hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful which make my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend and patronise Millennium again! Salute to the Management and staff of Millennium Resort Patong Phuket.

Great location for this 4-5 star Hotel, next to Jungceylon shopping mall, and 3 minutes walk to nightlife Bangla road. the room are spacious with nice bathroom. do ask for room with shower over bathtube. The design of the bathtube is not great and water tends to go everywhere. Swimming pool is amazing with sun most of the day. Excellent massage at the Spa, though prices are high. Staff is always smiling and polite.
Will return to this hotel for sure.

All was great with the exception of the outragous charge for a visitor. 1500 bt is far too much for a lady to visit with you even if she is not a bar girl. this would be the only reason not to return.!!!!!

Very good 4 star hotel. They rate themselves as a five star but they are not but this is only because of the lack of facilities such as mini-bar, gym changerooms, sauna etc. The pool is great, rooms are big and comfortable. Access to Jungceylon shopping centre is very good. Great service and frienfly staff.

Wonderful stay at this hotel at the lakeside wing. Staff is friendly and service is top-notched. Room is new and huge. All rooms comes with a balcony. Spa amenities is excellent. Must try! Location is ideal as it is connected to the newly built shopping centre Jungceylon, plenty of affordable restaurant and supermarket. Patong bars and seafood restaurant are just across the shopping centre. However, breakfast buffet is only moderate. Would recommend anyone to stay here due to its good location. Definitely a 5 star hotel at a very affordable price!
