hotel is rather out of the way. but limousine service is responsive and able to meet our needs with a fee. may be worth it as taxis may charge the same rate - but require you to hire two cabs with them since there were five of us.
living area is a little small, but sufficient if you are not always in the room. the kitchenette is fully equipped with cockery, electric stove - which was a plus since we are travelling with a young baby. staff were helpful and responsive - a pity that since this hotel will be closed for renovations. shuttle service to KLCC ends at 6.30 in the evening. overall a really nice hotel.

The two bedroom suite which I stayed was superb and comfortable. The location was slightly out of town and getting a cab was abit of a problem. Other than that overall stay was good and the room rates were reasonable.

Major construction site opposite hotel (our only balcony view) spoiled our stay somewhat. We had asked for a pool view room but did not get one. Balcony was very tiny. The room and facilities were excellent, and staff were helpful and friendly.
