Your hotel was amazing: beautifully designed, hip architecture and interior, immaculately kept, gorgeous spa and pool, excellent and artistic food. Only negative was the advice we received from the concierges. One recommended a hotel bar that turned out to be a spot for white men to pick up Thai ladies, and another failed to tell my friend to change out of shorts before going to the Grand palace (AFTER inspecting our clothes).

Excellent. Hotel was very stylish and comfortable with really good services and staff. Will definatley stay there again when in Bangkok.

our bathroom was dirty on arrival - pubic hairs in bathroom, dirty bath. we arrived after long flight from uk with two young children, dirty bathroom. then, after bathroom was re cleaned discovered no hot water so could not have bath until next day. hotel reception was useless. all staff unable to give any useful info or be of any assistance. drinks were ludicruously prices. we paid £27 for two glasses of red wine.
