Overall, had a great time Meritius Pelangi. Really enjoyed the outstanding friendliness of the resort staff and its good facilities. Found food and beverages on the pricey side.

Excellent clean and relaxing hotel with very polite staff! Full of activities available. We had a great stay, and a romatic dinner by the beach.

our whole experience at the resort was fabulous and we reallt felt at ll times that the resort was truly 5 stars. The facailities were good, the staff friendly the rooms immaculate and the prices were great. Overall very pleased and will be recommedning to our friends.

I stayed at Pelangi Beach 15 years ago.not much work has been done since. old,sometimes dirty chairs on the beach.pool not up to standards,dirt and grease looking very old on pool borders.
staff very friendly and efficient.
little things like clean and NEW chairs on beach and some well maintained lawn could bring the jewel back it once was

Over-the top hotel with somewhat old interior and pricey. It is listed as a 5 star but I rate it as a 4 at most. Clean rooms and friendly staff. All services and bars in this big resort is very expensive compared to what you get for your $ right oustide the gates.

I requested for a room away from the road as I have previously stayed in Pelangi (5 times before) before but my request was not looked into. I was put into room which is next to the road! There were other garden wings rooms that was away from the road but was not given to us. I makes me wander why bother asking us to make a request when is it is not looked into. I know the hotel cannot guarantee all requests will be met but I notice that there were rooms on the garden wing that was away further away from the road.

Overall good experience. The 2nd day they did not make up the room I forgot"not disturb" on with the old system, which is not working very well.

We enjoyed our stay. All facilities were very good and satisfying. The staff were unbelievably helpful and ready to please. The hotel has beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, a great beachfront, and more swimming pools than you could use in a week. Thoroughly recommend it.
