The hotel is new and clean. I personally like the open-concept design of the bathroom. The service standard from the staff was satisfactory although I was upset when being told by the front desk staff to buy my own panadoll from the convenient store next door after experiencing a severe headache.

Newly and nicely furnished hotel at a good location. But improvement on the provision of basic necessities like dental kits would be much appreciated.

Good Rooms and a great hotel, with many good facilities. Great pool areas and a very nice restaurant.

the only good things about this hotel, they have a nice pool, the rest is not so good... first day when i arrive about 2 pm, iam expecting my room to be ready, so when i check in they ask us to wait for a minute, me and my friend have been waiting for 30 minute and there is still no news about our room, so we go to the reception and ask when it is gonna be ready, they told us they are so busy and the room will be ready very soon. while we wait we went for lunch. when we come back about 1 1/2 later, we expect the room to be ready, unfortunately they make us wait again for 30 minute, when the room ready, some of my friend find out that the room that the hotel give to them is already occupied by someone else... we are so unhappy... the next day when we come back about 8 pm from james bond island, some of our room didnt got clean up... we all very unhappy about the management.... they need a lot of improvement to satisfied thier customer, especially in customer service... i give 3 out of 10 in customer service....

Excellent hotel. A new facility with good food, nice services and friendly people. The location is not perfect, but not bad. Overall, a very good experience.

Mercure Patong Phuket has everything you would expect from Mercure plus a friendly and helpful service that make one feel special. The breakfasts are wonderful too.
The hotel is close to shops and markets, within in easy walking distance of the centre of Patong Beach, but still remarkably quiet and peaceful. *****
