You need to train your front desk staff properly as they are the first people the guests meet upon arrival at your hotel. Tried the spa. That was good. Although it was a very last minute booking, they willingly obliged with some rescheduling of their staff.

Good location and good value for money, due to tile floors the hallways are very noisy and people tend to slam the doors early in the morning..........

Well, to start with, the hotel is ideally situated near the Patong Beach.. Good Facilities, especially the pool with the bar..enjoyed a lot.. good value for money.. Room service was good..never expected this much hospitality..Phuket people are very very good

Great hotel and services. Offered great value for money however was disappointed with room shower and bed. Overall still very impressed.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable. Everything was nice and new so no complaints. Gym was good, Only tried the dining room once for dinner and it was nice. Highly recommended

The hotel is new and clean. I personally like the open-concept design of the bathroom. The service standard from the staff was satisfactory although I was upset when being told by the front desk staff to buy my own panadoll from the convenient store next door after experiencing a severe headache.
