Excellent hotel conditions and location. Room and surrounding conditions were fantastic. Will definitely consider Melia for my next trip there.

Staff are friendly, Most noticeable are the bellhops and those managers or staff that I met on the lifts and restaurant areas. They wishes the guests well. which is a good change from the usual Msian scene where I normally get only a polite smile.
Not all rooms are fitted with Internet which is a disappointment. Business travellers will have to bear with the inconvenience of going to the lobby to use the internet.

Very responsive & helpful hotel staff. Housekeeper must be praised for excellent job. The dining room (El Patio) needs to be enlarged, guests are lined up for breakfast.

Hotel location is excellent if you wish to do shopping. But the food served in the El Patio coffee house can be improved for the price charged.

My hubby and I had a bad experience staying at Melia KL in our recent trip. We had previously stayed at the hotel on three previous occasions and everything went well. However, this recent experience at the hotel was not a pleasant one. We booked an i-room with internet connection as we need to access the www regularly. Upon check-in, we realised that not only were they unable to provide the room accordingly to our request for high level and Times Square view, the front desk staff even made a point by highlighting that it took him a huge effort to get us a non-smoking room, which was important as I was asthmatic. The i-room we got was also not up to standard. The room, though big, faced the roof-tops and backlanes of the streets. It did not carry a pantry area which the other i-rooms have and the water in the bathroom leaked. We were so disappointed by our stay that we checked out of the hotel two days early and had to make last minute reservation at a nearby hotel.

We had a good time with this Hotel, the services was excellent. However, the lift was a little haywire and they really need to look into it immediately, cos it does not stop at every floors at times. Car Park is also another factor, its a little to small and crampy. Other then that, everything is good. Will recommend to those who loves shopping, Low Yat Plaza for IT guys, Sungei Wang for housewife, you can find almost any Handphone models in this shopping complex. Pavilion opp Starhill, is also a good place for Makan, especially this those who wants a little exquisite taste, Dragon-I, located at Foodct, fantastics and delicate food, most important of all, its not ex !

the service was gd.
but just ensure that the hotel staff are more friendly.
eg: smile after serving customer.
courtesy that is.
and i find that the the lane at the car park for cars to go up and down are pretty narrow.
would be better if its a bit wider; prevent from cars getting scratches thus leaving mark of scratches on the wall.
