Everything was quite OK except that the bath tub chokes when we shower. The water stays in the bath tub for about 15minutes before all water was drained dry. Breakfast area was small thus we were in a long Q before entering the restaurant. Lift is extremely slow and we have to wait for a long while before the lift arrive and the lobby was hot!! Worst still, the carpark is small and painting work is in progress. But good thing was some of these were compensated by the very convenient monorail station.

This hotel was excellent in all categories - very good location - close to everything and mono-rail just over the road - if there was any criticism at all it would be that breakfast choices could be improved as well as some choices were barely warm - however it was certainly adequate and quite tasty. All staff were very pleasant and helpful - I would certainly stay here again if I ever went to KL in the future. It is a lovely hotel. We also had dinner there, and it was fabulous.

the hotel gave me a twin bedroom when i requested for a queen or king size bed in my reservation. also my room was NOT tidy up on my 2nd day stay.

the location is excellent. easy access to public transportation esp. monorail. staff were very friendly and breakfast menu was not bad. starbuck and 7 eleven is just 2 minutes wallk. but i was not informed about the coupons (for welcome drink and some other discount offered) attached with the slip while my arrival/check in at the hotel.

Situated at the heart of KL (golden triangle) give this hotel a good location to view KL especially the nightlife and shopping. With Monorel facility just outside the doorstep and one of the biggest shopping complex across the road, give this hotel the value for money. If you are adventurous enough, thru the back alleys you may find the IT heaven in Malaysia, selling all the cheap and original electronic goods similar to Sim Lim in Singapore and Panthip in Bangkok.
