I booked two rooms and I requested for late check out at 4pm (with MAS card)upon checked in, however the request was not put across to other staff and when I get back to the hotel an hour prior to to my check-out time, the room was locked. I have to go the counter to request to have my room key reset. When I went back to my room, I was not informed by the staff that due to mantainance, one of the room that I have booked had no water supply. I was informed only when I called to check with the staff. Worst of all, the other room only has HOT water supply. I was almost scalded by the hot water when I was trying to shower! After complaining to the manager about the issue, all he does was to say that he was sorry about the matter and that the mantainance staff did not inform them regarding this matter. Well, I could easily get a third or fourth degree burnt! After all the dis-satisfaction, I still have to queue up for another twenty minutes to check out. I am very disappointed with the service provided.

a part from the small glitch of the computer availability in the room the service was great. staffs are very accomodating and pleasant. diverse selection on their breakfast buffet, unfortunately not so much selection on dinner.

There were problems with the handling of the breakfast. You must have tables for two persons and when you got four persons or more you make a combination with the tables for two. Now you must wait for your breakfast because the gerant did not use the tables for four persons for 2 xs 2 guests.
