This is a spectacular hotel to stay in. The service throughout the stay was just fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet as you can hardly hear any outside noise or noise from next door. We ate at The Morton Steakhouse and it was great atmosphere. Even though the restuarant was very busy and chaotic the service was great. all our drinks were attented to and they always came to ask if everything was alright. The Oriental Spa is probably the best spa that i have been to.Again service is impeccable and the massages are heavenly. This is the hotel to stay in. everything was great.

Oriental is a true 5 star hotel with staff and service to match. The cheerful girls who greet you at breakfast time and remember your name each time are a nice touch. The poolside is a treat with complimentary snacks and water served. The rooms are well appointend and with the views over the water to the city its hard to leave them. The rooms are a good size with excellent bathrooms and seperate showers. The bed is huge and one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the curtains are black out so you can sleep during the day with no light getting in. You can access the marina shoping centre from the front door and walk all the way to Raffles past plenty of shops and get to the MRT all in A/C comfort. It had been over a year since my last visit but they still had my details to hand when checking in for paper and airmile preference plus got upgraded to a bigger room. This is a 5 star hotel with 5 star staff.
