this hotel is a busy, bustling yet there is always time for the guest. it has an excellent location with very helpful staff to keep you right.

We had an excellent stay at the Mandarin, although we arrived very early in the morning we were shown to our room with no hassle. Throughout our stay the staff could have not been more helpful or pleasant. The attention to every small detail and customer care were first class. A lovely way to end our holiday. I would have no hesitationon returing or recommending this wonderful hotel.
