The location is good as the monorail station s nearby, but the room given was a not a non-smoking room, they should ask me about my preferernce before given me the room. The variety of food for the free buffer breakfast is too limited and do not change during the two days of my stay.

Hotel was very mouldy infact enough to cause my grandaughter to start wheezing. Rooms were stale and musty. We cancelled after seeing the room and went elsewhere. No Stars

There are little or no facilities. there are only four TV channels (no english). the pool closes at 7pm. there is no bar and only a small and uninviting restaurant. It basically just a place to sleep after a busy day out in the city but the location makes it a bit annoying to get to. It is very near a monorail stop though. I would not stay here again but look for somewhere up in the golden triangle.

Service staff friendly and helpful, the management staff highhanded and snobbish, bed sheet and quilt not wash clean. Feel itchy when slept on them.
Restaurant manager was rude and poor in communication.

The hotel is conveniently located in KL, and near a monorail station {maharajalela} and very close to china town. Also the conceiage Mr. Canesan was very good and the 1st impression created by him was very hospitable. He took his time to show the details and very courteous. The rooms were clean too.
