Beautiful boutique hotel, exactly how I would design a more intimate smaller hotel in terms of styling, rather than the usual bland corporate chain types. Good location for the likes of Catch Bar, Twin Palms and Surin Beach, as well as close to the airport. Very good value for the price.

stylish hotel with nice decoration, two pools, calm and quiet place which offers privacy. easy access to the beach. however we were a bit surprised and disapointed as we booked and expected a deluxe room and were given a small room (15 sqm) with a very small window (avoid room number 322). obviously the room didnt meet the standard of a deluxe but of a superior one.

Nice hotel, but not as new as the website makes you believe; so quite used and not in best shape - thus too expensive for the actual condition.
Unbelievable - they let sewage into the sea and it stinks at this time (mostly in the evening around 9:30 pm) - this is a true scandal!!!

I would like hotel to have certain policy for returned guests. Also, I have some difficulties with reservation when I talk to different people. Some gives us certain thing, some do not and this makes me a little confused

The staff of Manathai are kind. The enviroment are good. But the room are dark and small. Besides, the location of the hotel are not convenient. It needs at least 30mins drive from Patong. Overall speaking, Manathai is a good place to stay but pls take concerns in transportation

Beautiful resort with friendly, efficient staff. Quiet area, yet close to restaurants & beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Absolute value for money.

The service at this hotel is terrible. They had overbooked, which apparently they do all the time, no one seemed to know what was going on, or was able to organise anything. beautiful hotel and nice people, just very badly run.

Customer service was not that great.
They turned off the water in the middle of the day without prior notice.
