The breakfast is good, a vast selection of food. The time for breakfast should be extended to 11am (currently until 10:30am) to cater for those who have travelled on long flights the previous day.
Swimming pool nice but perhaps sunbed area a little cramped.
Overall friendly service and good value for money considering the excellent location.

Kingsize bed was only available in smoking section although I requested for a kingsizebed with reservation. Elevators where not clean. Room was good and breakfast was excellent. Checkin could have been faster. Too bad I had to call for my suitcase bringing up to my room.

Arabic Entertainment was in Televesion was not up to the mark. I recommend that you open discussion with hotel management in this regard.

A good business oriented hotel. Excellent breakfast and very good fixed price buffet lunch. Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Our welcome bowl of fruit was missing - which was a bit of a shame - and offering only one sachet of creamer on the refreshments tray was a little on the tight side but, all in all, a very satisfactory hotel experience.

very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, very nice tub and shower, overall the best that I have stayed in while in Bangkok. also excellent breakfast buffet...
I will and have stayed here since my first visit... and the second time was as good as the first, would strongly recommend.....

Nice hotel, lobby staff speaks poor English which makes a conversation in absolutely nonsens.
