The room condition is fair only as I have requested to change to other room due to the previous room's the bath room condition is very bad, the water pressure is very low and the water leaking marks at the ceiling of the bath room.

Hotel was not in a very good condition. A fresh coat of paint internally and externally would give an excellent impression.
Care of the property finishes like lobby flooring to be polished and reflective, good and clean crockery, missing fire extinguishers at lift lobby, edges of walls chipped off by trolleys, loose drain covers lying around the pool edges, concrete under window ledges of 1st storey Pizza Eatery makes place looks unfinished - maybe some pebblewash or tile finish would spruce up the place, ramps at doors too steep, steeper ramps to have handrails, fresh large real floral display at main lobby, etc. All this will give the hotel a perceived higher star rating.
Various defects in the room put right - eg noisy aircon, loud humming sound from electrical DB inside the wardrobe, wardrobe doors not sliding well, tear in carpet, lights missing but blanked out with plates, timber door edges damaged but not made good, curtains stained, an airconed living room would be better, basic crockery and cutlery to be provided since kitchen cabinet already provided.
All said, the food at the Cafe was good but would have been better with more daily variations, F&B service staff was good, bedsheets and towels were clean, shampoo was good, check-in/check-out reception was very efficient, conceige service was good. All in all, it was a reasonably satisfactory stay. Thank you.

The room is full of ants,even on the bed. No toothbrush set provided and bathroom taps are sticky. TV is not clear and programmes are boring. hould have Astro as even smaller scaled hotels have Astro.

Generally a value for money accomodation package which is worthwhile and near to shopping amenities.

The room I stayed in was not in good condition. I stayed in the one bedroom apt. The cane furniture table have ants crawling all over..and the tables show sign of decay as in there is also other small creature accompanying the ants! I am very disappointed with the room. The air-conditioning was also a problem. we are used to on the lights to sleep. But during the night, we feel very warm even when we are in the air con room with door all closed. The heat given out by the light bulb is super hot. I really hope you will feedback to them the condition i encounter as this will improve their occupancy rate.

the hotel facilities are not in good condition. for example, water pressure of the shower is very slow and the toilet is dirty. we feel not comfortable when stay in the hotel cos the apartment is dirty and dusty.

Easy to locate the hotel, convenient parking, near shopping centres (food, etc), hospital (emergency).
