Beautiful little boutique hotel, away from all the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach, friendly and patient staff, for the price I paid the place was absolutly brilliant. Big room, big bathroom, wide open balcony looking out to Patong, I would stay here again

PROS Great value, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
I will stay here again.
CONS A 15 min. walk to the beach, quite a few stairs.
Rent a scooter its cheap easy and you can get around to see some other beaches that are truly special.

Very un-Thai hotel stuff, not friendly. Breakfast was miserable. Room has funny smell.

The hotel was very nice..and amazing..i like it and i liked to stay more but i have to back to malaysia at that time..but hope next time.

Fair price and good location. The only problem is that, there is no lift facilities. Need to walk up the stairs on the top room. Not recommended for older and elderly people.

The hotel is great service is there, they change the towels and bed sheets everyday but the staircase is a real challenge but yet again i really do enjoy my stay there. recomended to all young traveller (advise for those having problem with stairs which will not suit them) cheers!

The location of the hotel is ok, is not so close to Patong Route (party) & around 4 blocks from the beach. Is not to far away & the price was ok! The hotel in is small but they have a good service & rooms!

The hotel is ready to help and the staff are very nice. The hotel is not that far away from patong beach, 10-min walk distance only.

The Hotel was ok. Room nice, but bathroom was a littlebit old fashioned and worn-out and the smell in my room was a little bit fusty all the time. Breakfast ok, but not so much what to choose: cornflakes, toast, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, nudels, ham, frankfurters, -every day quite same. There was a lot of stairs in the hotelarea, so if you have restrictions - this hotel is not a good choice for you. Staff-Personel was ok, friendly and kind. Internetroom nice! At times the noice of construction site (quite opposite the hotel) was terrible. I give 3 stars to this hotel.
