this hotel was very poor value for money. The whole hotel is very dated, with only a superficial attempt to lift it up to an acceptable standard. Room extremely small- room for bed only. Stains on curtains. Mould on shower tiles. cracks around basin, shower waste, and power points. light switch to bathroom hidden behind furniture. only way to lock up room was with a padlock! Restaurant very poor- terrible service, bad food (breakfast). Staff did not seem to be able to properly follow instructions. Price way over the top at 10,100 bhat per night when many other superior properties offering 6,000- 8,000 per night. We ended up changing to a brand new 5 star boutique hotel down the road which cost just 4,000 Bhat (intro special). This hotel can not be recommended despite its lovely gardens and good location on Chaweng beach mainly based on the price. After reviewing many other accommodation options on the island in person, I believe this hotel should be priced between 3,000 and 5,000 Bhat.

Excellent value. Staff is very friendly and attentive and if you have kids look no further! Great breakfast and afternoon snack, very good poolside service. Location is great, probably the best part of Chaweng Beach, very clean and nice waves. If you are more of an outgoing person Chaweng Beach Rd. with pubs and restaurants is right around the corner.

The contemporary rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated....the outdoor bathroom was a paradise, what a treat. the grounds are lovely and with only 26 uirooms the hotel feels personal and homey...by far the best in samui.... will definately stay here again.
