This is our second stay at the LeMeridien Beach Resort in Phuket and we will come back again. The facilities are excellent, everyting you could ever want is on hand and available. You could just stay in the resort. The option of the beach or the pool is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Cant wait to come back next year!!

Facilities are good staff nice but the transport arrangements the hotels has with Hertz needs improvement, long waiting period, poor english speaking staff resulting in very poor communication with hotel guest, not expected from such a brand name like HERTZ and MEREDIEN. In the end most hotels guest opted to go with local transport outside the hotel which is less expensive than HERTZ cars.
