The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was to die for as was the Thai restaurant and Mongolian BBQ for lunch. It was worth every penny. A beautiful hotel.

It was nice and clean but 20 years old and dated decor. Food expensive considering how cheap it is to eat outside the resort.

It was a nice hotel on its own beach. The road getting in and out is very narrow and hard to negotiate if there is other traffic. The grout on the bathroom tile was black in places. They were, however, extremely rude to my overnight guest who I met in town. They confiscated her ID, charged me 2500 bhat, and demanded that she be out by 6 AM.

After travelling from Uk and looking forward to a quiet nights sleep This did not happen.
Reception very helpful but the noise went on .After the second night I asked to see the manager to explain the problem sleeplessness was causing as I was on Business and found myself very tired during meetings.
Did not see the manager .Reception was very apologetic and moved me to a quieter room. This trip was very important to my Company and I feel I was unable to be at my best. Still have not heard from your hotel or the elusive manager. I am disappointed as I have used your hotels and reccomended your hotels around the world. Phuket will be a base for my company for the future.Please Contact me.

This is our second stay at the LeMeridien Beach Resort in Phuket and we will come back again. The facilities are excellent, everyting you could ever want is on hand and available. You could just stay in the resort. The option of the beach or the pool is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Cant wait to come back next year!!

Facilities are good staff nice but the transport arrangements the hotels has with Hertz needs improvement, long waiting period, poor english speaking staff resulting in very poor communication with hotel guest, not expected from such a brand name like HERTZ and MEREDIEN. In the end most hotels guest opted to go with local transport outside the hotel which is less expensive than HERTZ cars.
