Le Meridien was excellent in every way. The price, the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness and the food were world class. An exceptional resort with a private beach and gentle and generous staff.

Beatiful hotel conveniently located closed to Patong but away from the hassles. Beach and pool lovely and water really warm. Very relaxing.

We have stayed in many resorts through asia pacific, but this was by far our best holiday, with a group of 40 friends there was plenty to do, both day and night and the service was exceptional. We cant wait to come back.

it s a nice and good hotel for familly holiday. the swimming pool is very large for adults and childs. confortably for all, a lot of kinds of water sport. it s fun there. We will return next time sur...

Very old hotel. 30 years ago it might be very luxurous place, now it looks like huge old-fashioned buiding with not very good smell inside. Very bad value for money. There are many pretty and much more thai-styled hotels around and much more value for money hotels around. Do not stay here.

Bravo to the management and staff of Le Meridian Phuket. I have traveled extensively in Asia & found this to be the best resort by far. Warm & helpful staff - and lovely unexpected service touches like 1. offering a newspaper or magazine when dining alone 2. noticing that it was my birthday & putting a cake in my room! 3. gorgeous Thai New Years celebration Great for singles, couples, families....everyone. Just a perfect holiday resort.

The hotel location and facilities are excellent. The russian crowd staying there affect the stay. The russians are unable to comminucate in english and have a very unsociable attitude that also is reflected on hotel staff. Unfriendly and at times rude.

The staff was mostly very friendly. Rooms are big enough but need to be renovated.Non-smoking floor/rooms need to be reinforced true non-smoking area.
