I will defiantly be back. This hotel is gorgeous and so convenient, merely a walk away from the train station. I regret now only an overnight stay due to onwards travel or I would have stayed longer. Arrived on the overnight train from Singapore at 7am and was allowed to check in straight away, wonderful. The pool area and views are magnificent.

As you would expect from the Meridien chain of hotels, this one earns its 5 stars with ease. As a bonus, it is situated directly across the road from the Sentral train and bus station and so makes travelling in KL extremely easy. That includes getting to the airport and back. Malaysian hospitality and good manners added to the pleasure of staying there. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided a manned trolley service on check out to take the luggage across the road to the station and help onto the airport train. All in all, a faultless performance.

The Hotel is very good, but the rate that this website offer is much much higher compare to walk in customer on the date i stay, Normally i always book the hotel through internet and the rate is cheaper than walk in customer

If you request for late check out, make sure they validate your room key card or else you will get locked out after 12 noon on the day of departure.

Even though I arrived mid-afternoon, they told me there was no room ready, and I would have to wait an hour. But when I stood my ground and insisted, miraculously a room did become available. I felt this was poor service
