The rooms were poorly finished(workmanship was shoddy Thai work-not what I expected from a hotel like this). The website said there was wi-fi available without mentioning any additional costs. As I was traveling for business this was important to me. I was then stung for an overpriced wi-fi bill to allow me to complete my work.

Le Fenix was my favourite hotel on my 30 day trip. The staff at Le Fenix were always willing to help anyway they could. I mean everyone. (24 hours a day) Everyone also spoke excellent english. My rooms were very clean. ( I stayed here 3 different times during my trip) Great shower, air conditioning worked great too! They also had the best room SAFE on my trip. I liked the restaurant and the food. Overall, yes I do recommend LE FENIX.

Staff are some of the friendliest n very helpfull, excellent value for money, comfortable room n very clean. the location is great and within walking distance to the night clubs, restaurant, bars n good spa in sukhumvit area.
