It was a very pleasant experience. I arrrived earlier than the usual check-in time but the hotel staff was very helpful and I was checked-in almost immediately. The quality of the hotel and security too was beyond my anticipation.

such a good hotel in this rate.most of the front desk staff are very helpful,only 2 of the staff are unfriendly.while we check out,the front desk staff charged me for 2drink less in the refrigator.before i check out the room,i hav check tat is 1 drink less,i consider nevermind.once on the receipt is charged for 2 drink,then i know i cant take this at usual.i told the staff i never had any drinks,then he check with the room service.after 5 minutes,the staff told me is correct.so he minus the 2drinks from my bill.this is the worst thing i meet since i been travel.

As a hotelier myself, my first impression was greeted by the excellent service rendered by the concierge, which makes one felt the "at home within hotel experience". It did not stop there, the Front Office associates provided you with such warm and friendly service everytime. In short, the "softwares" complimented the modern and stylish hotel very well!

This is a nice hotel. A bit of a walk to the Train Station, 300 Meters, but decent.

ı did not realised that the price exculuded breakfast becose the others included breakfast. ı think if most of hotel included breakfast and only some excleded the page has yo be extra warning

Hotel is value for money,staff is friendly and helpfull.
About 10 min.walk from Nana BTS station.
