This is not a hotel you should stay at if you want to do anything in Phuket! There were only 2 other guests I saw during my stay and only because they were next door. Most of the amenities listed on the site are no longer in service: the spa, the bar, the beachfront restaurant, daily activities, fitness center, etc. While the staff was friendly, I felt totally isolated and there was nothing within walking distance. You are forced to eat at the overly priced cafe or else pay too much for a taxi to go to another location. While the room was decent, the shower would continually stop running and then come back on after about 15 seconds. Also, the in-house movie channel never worked and one day the cable went completely out. If you are looking for a totally remote and isolated experience, then be my guest, but otherwise stay somewhere else.

Service on arrival was very disorganised, restaurant was closed, spa was closed no warning of this even on arrival. Therefore complementary drinks and discounts did not exist, very disappointed. Long way from anything.

It locates very far from shops, entertainment centers. Territory is big, green and beautiful. We need to go somewhere to have an opportunity to swim in the sea. Staff is very pleasant.

It has not been renoveted in many years. Many of the facilities were nort open. Far away from other hotels and restaurants

Very bad experience ! The spa was closed without warning. The services were very poor, the restaurant was also very bad. The welcome was horrible. No choice... we have to stay !
It is a very bad value for money !

Depending on individual, though choice of food is limited, the resort is just as what i want, away from crowded area and noisy vehicle, quiet, beach is beatiful. I got a room with ocean view, fantastic.

The room premier beachfront was absolutely okey. But all facilities was closed, no Spa Pool, no Health and Beauty and no Fitness Center. Maybe it should open again in in a few month says the hotel management, if they could find any one who would like to take over tha Spa. I don´t like to pay for things who not exist or not function Spa Pool. The restaruant and brekfast was good, special the beach restaruant in on the beach.

Maybee it once was a fourstarhotel but now it´s certainly not !!! It was rundown and dirty! A lot of stairs in bad condition.We chose it for its closeness to the beach - but there wasn´t any water. It was low tide all the time so we had to go by bus to Layan beach. The location wasn´t good either. There weren´t any other hotels or restaurant nearby so it was a little dull, too quiet at night !

bad bad bad dont go to this hotel as no sunloungers pine neadles on sand spa closed 2 out of 3 restaurants closed no bar too far from anywhere and bad facilities in hotel dont go to this hotel
