A great location but the resort needs urgent repairs and also needs to be cleaned better. It is too expensive for what you get

Beautiful room, very luxurious especially the outside shower & a beutiful setting, however the transoport there from Luang Prabang and then to the airport on departure was very expensive - $15 USD to get there, and $25 USD to get from there to airport. They need to have a free airport shuttle as this put a dampner on the stay.
The Services book stated a "massage house" and when I went to enquire she said it was not built yet. This is understandable as they are still under development howver they should not state things they do not have in their booklet. Quite a bit of building noise also.
Breakfast is included but not buffet - choice of 2 western options - quite stingy on the portions.
Not quite enough value for money for me - I will not stay there again.
