I thought that the room had a sea view but it didnt. But it was still very good, Not sure why there was a mosquito net instead of a spray, and also not sure why we needed a large garden outside the bathroom

Lanta Sands is an excellent Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Lovely place in good location. A step above so called other 4 star places in Thailand. Service at the front desk is a little slow but all in all not too bad. There is construction going on next door at the moment so it was a little noisy at times but I think it would normally be a quite little spot.

This has been our 2nd stay with Lanta Sand. We were there in Dec 2006 and the staff remembered us! From the reception to restaurant. I love the simplicity and beauty of this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Hotel was very clean and had a nice swimming pool, it was also located right on the beach.
