The room is quite big with a quiet atmosphere,because the room location is separated quite far(abt 100 mtr) from the lobby,or 130 mtr from the street,it is quite a resort.

hotel at very good location. But not an ideal place to stay due to reasons below: no proper security, front office close at 11pm daily, no phone service in the room(same as motel), restaurants close after breakfast. front office to rooms at least 300m walk. not advisable for couple or anyone looking for decent hotel

The room was large, but some of the light fixtures did not work. The bathroom plumbing (toilet) required a lot of patience to flush. Hotel felt "empty" 2 channels on the cable - why bother. Nothing really going on in the clubhouse. There was really no activities desk. All told, if you are looking for a good place to sleep, this is a reasonable choice. Disappointed with Pantai Cenang beach, lots of litter all over the place and grossly over built.

The hotel rooms were fairly clean and the location was excellent. Pantai Cenang was just across the road and we got to enjoy sea sports everyday without having to drive or walk far. The whole roads outside the hotel was full of convenient stores and buying our daily necessities, snacks, etc were easy and convenient.
The staff at the front desk were fairly helpful making arrangements for my group of friends and the deposit required for stays was very low as compared to other hotels. The only complaints I have was that the housekeeping people were not attentive enough to our needs as they only provided 2 towels when we had 4 people in one room. Despite us reminding them of this fact, they still forgot to add the extra 2 towels per room. There was also no hairdryer in the room and the safe deposit box and phones were all not working. As a result, we had to walk all the way to the ground floor to look for the housekeeping people. There was also no room service facility in this hotel which can be quite a turn off if you wish to have some food in the middle of the night.
The hotel breakfast quality and quantity also needs further improvement. Not only was there not enough quantity, the quality of the food was also far from satisfactory.

there is no telephone in the room thus making it troublesome to make request. telephone is available on the first floor corridor only. the rooms and the front desk is about 100m away from each other. not so convenient. however the hotel location is in the heart of pantai cenang with a lot of shops nearby for shopping. underwater world is also very near to the hotel.

Hotel is quite old and needs serious maintenance (carpet is old, linen is old). Although it is in a good location (close to shops and food stalls), the hotel was quite hard to find; there was only a small signboard so we wasted precious time driving up and down looking for it.
