I have a good impression with this place during my stay in July 2008 which is a monsoon season and in December 2007 which is a beautiful high season. Comparing both seasons, for outdoor activities people, I would reccommend you all to come around the end of the year or later than that. The ocean is unforgettable. The resort itself is impressive by the mountaineous landscape. Very like it.

The hotel is beautiful in a tranquil location. The staff is accomodating and friendly. However, they are still working to improve their service (they will do anything to make sure your stay is pleasant.)

Very luxury hotel. Also very expensive compared to outside the gates, up to 3 times the prise for food and beverage.
We also needed to cancel the last night to be abl to catch the flight home. Our mistake to book, but the hotel was unwilling to let us cancel. They offered us to take a bus in the morning with an uncertain arrival in Krabi. Unproffessional!!

it was really a pleasant stay. . .once you are in , you wont opt for other hotels..you will get hooked to it.really enjoyed my stay there. the staffs make you feel like family.warm and comfy. A++ class service and hotel.Highly recommended
