The Hotel is beautiful. House keeping service is poor. Maintenance in poor condition in the rooms - the window in the balcony fell and scratched my wife, it could have been more serious.

Hotel was excellent. We loved staying there. Kids Club was a big hit with our son. He had a great time! Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent.

After a few weeks walking around Phuket two days here was great to wind down and relax away from the hustle an d bustle.Shuttle bus takes you into Phuket & Patong so thats very handy.We stayed in a Andaman room which was very nice but the glossy pictures made it look better.Breakfast was exellent and the elephants(sarah 5 and anna 1)were beautiful.Parents with kids- the elephant rides ,feeding,and relaxed time you get with the gentle resort giants is an experience youll get nowhere else.The kids will thank you and never forget.
