Location is ideal as it allows one to roam around the other hotel resorts in the Phuket Laguna area.

I found that the service has improved since the last visit. All staff will greet you wherever you are. I also compared this with the staff at Dusit Laguna where we went for one dinner during this stay. Not all the staff will notice you nor greet you. The staff at Laguna Beach are definitely friendlier and more approachable. On the down side, cost have gone up since our visit last year. The package we were on this visit was costlier and did not come with airport transfers, and little things like welcome fruit basket, and kids club complimentary ice cream and batik painting.

Let people know that the family package does not include an airport transfer. Very misleading.

Great hotel, beach, food etc. Very good holiday, beach not to busy but not dead either. Golf course worth a visit.

Just the best Phuket experience for people, and families that love water, sunshine, smiley happy faces , great interaction with the locals, a few bargins for shoppers with the local sellers, and the best water park for the whole family, and the elephants, what a joy. We loved our holiday and we will do it again,

A very enjoyable experience with friendly staff. On the negative side facilities provided for guests leaving on late flights were poor. A cash deposit had to be paid for a key to facilities. These consisted of a sports hall communal changing room with no privacy not what you expect in a hotel of this calibre.

Most things where good at Laguna beach resort such as rooms staff and food. The pool area could be refurbished and all the small sales outlets between the hotel and the beach destroys the view.

We did not get what was advertised in the web site. We had to pay for transport from the airport even though "Meet & Greet" was included. We were charged US$45 for an extra bed when the package showed US$35.
