ホテル前のビーチにずらっと並んだ屋台にはびっくりしました。せっかくオーシャンビューの部屋を頼んだのに景観が台無し・・・、でもその屋台のおかげで安く飲み物が手に入ったり、ホテルよりも安いタクシーサービスが受けられたりとよい面もありました。ホテルのターンダウンサービスがよくない。ベットのカバーをめくるだけで、タオルの交換がないリゾートは初めてでした。

Very nice. Only issue is the difficulty to get a bed by pool as they let people from other hotels in. You need to be by & to bag your spot. Otherwise ideal for families...

Great hotel, family friendly with a romantic touch. Spacious room with quiet setting and nice views.
good facilities with access to the entire Laguna facilities
Just a few step from the beach which is nice and clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent and you can find small shops around the hotel to eat or buy foods. The hotel is however old and need a little bit of renovation. The breakfast was very good and we can almost eat whatever you want.

The Hotel needs improvement with the cleanliness in the beach area and greatly improve its English proficiency among staff. This is a resort hotel and I am sur;rised a great number of staff is English deficient. Last but most important of all, fair treatment to all guests. The Hotel staff seemed, throughout my stay, to prefer and give preferential treatment to white skinned guests - I will never come to this Hotel again, perhaps even Thailand for that matter. This is utter nonsense if the Hotels in Asian resorts think the white man is king. We Asians should boycott hotels like this, or even countries who mete out preferential treatment...looks like they charge us in US Dollars and want us to be whites as well. We need not have fellow Asians acting like this. I am not going to spend my valuable dollars going to places like these (which is not cheap) and get second rated.

Staffs tends to treat non-asian better! Cleaners are not friendly. Room rate is not value for money.

Reception services was fair to poor. Staff were often on the phone too long. Check-out even took way too long just for one person. Foods were extremely expensive compared to elsewhere in Thailand. The hotel other services such as restaurants, pool, beaches, game room, water taxi, etc. were good to very good.

good hotel with Water Park. Problem is the steps under the pool and the flooring above the pool. My daughter and me were cut and braised on the knees due to felling on the floor and knocking on the sharp steps.
Hotel needs to polish the stones and keep them rounded to prevent further accident.

There was so much to do at this resort. You could just relax or do any one of the many tours, shows or attractions that you were interested in. There was also a great Kids Club for the children to enjoy some time without their parents too! It was a great vacation destination for our family. We will return to this resort!
