Overall stay was pleasant - lovely tropical surroundings and rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast quite average - given size of hotel my expectations were a bit higher. Enjoyed my stay however was disappointed to return to my hotel room one evening to find an invoice on my bed for a broken shampoo bottle top. For such an item of such negligible value, i was quite disappointed that the hotel would persue the matter as it did have an impact on my perception of my stay and the properties priority of profit before guest relations. Even when i pointed this out to the manager on duty, my point was not taken - she just offered to reduce the price of the item! For this reason, id say that i would not return...however overall, enjoyed my stay
