Basically, hotel is good in term of condition, service, and location (walking distance 5 - 10 mins to Aonang beach, shops and restaurants nearby the beach area) except the low water pressure. Convenient to seek for islands trips as well as cab service along the shops

Excellent service and very nice hotel. Well situated near Tourist Police and within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, and beach.

I was pleased that the hotel took the initiative to provide 2 interconnecting rooms because we had our 2 kids travelling with us.
The booking website was initially confined to bookings for only 1 room for each booking. When enquired, the website was quickly revised to enable us to book 2 rooms in one single booking.

really lovely hotel, pool was really good. we stayed an extra night and ended up being upgraded to a pool room so we could step down from our balcony in to the pool-heaven!!

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Would have liked to have been told prior to arrival that main swimming pool was under repair this took away from the stay. Also the beds were very hard and not comfortable. Other wise rooms great size and all conviences were in the room. Laundry service prices very good. Hotel a little out of the way from major action. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is out of the main area of town, with nothing really near it. Pool was a construction site when we arrived, and so nowhere to sunbathe. Staff were rude. We had booked 8 nights - we left after the first!

I asked for high floor but was given middle floor.(3rd Floor) We notice some
drink stain along the floor corridor from the second day but was not clean
before we left.
