If booking this hotel, request the Thani wing - much better location, Bhuri wing was also good with own pool, but we were put in another wing - with views of the backs of alleys and not much privacy - could hear next door when they were on verandah. Beautiful room, but with kids and never ending trips to get something from the room, a poolside room would of been more appreciated (fully booked) All staff were fantastic, especially the tour desk girls. Due to monsoonal rain the street outside floods and we found ourselves stuck at resort, or having to wade through knee depth water to get to street - or to Thani Wing.

The check in and check out process is the worst I have ever experienced in my live. (It took almots an hour in both instances) The hotel is in need of a serious make over - very dated furniture.
Apart from this the staff was very friendly and helpfull and the location and other facilities was very good.

Though it is prohibited from swiming in the beach due to rainy season, the pools were very nice and beautiful, especially at sunset.

The floor of the room was always wet with condensation, even though we kept the windows closed at all times. The food and beverages are overpriced. The pools are spaceous but very basic, no slides for children. The hotel is remote and we always had to take a taxi everywhere, even to the local Kata.

In general, the staff are not very friendly, except for the housekeeping staff, who are very friendly and helpful with all our requests.

Would be great if there're more transport timing to Patong and Phuket city as it is difficult to cross a hill when it is raining.

Although the rooms were good, calling a room without a separate dining area a 'Junior Suite' doesn't seem quite right. However we were very pleased with them.

Good people and good service. We will definitely go back there agin in the near future. The restaurants were over all great and the Thai restaurant was just so exceptionally excellent!!
