Beautiful hotel, stayed in deluxe pool acess room. Pool was stunning. Good location only 5 mins walk from beach. The only dissapointment was breakfast. Acceptable but only average. A great value hotel would rate 4star and will stay here again.

We overall enjoyed our stay apart from breakfast and check out.
Breakfast food quality and variety are not good and staff were grumpy.
When we check out, we had to waite in the reception for more than 15 minutes to hotel cleaning staff to check our room. When the staff came from our room to reception, she brought a perfume bottle which was in our room as one of room amenity, telling that cap of perfume bottle was broken and we have to pay for that. We have never used this bottle. This cap was cheaply made of plastic and it was already not properly placed and already little clacked when this bottle was placed in our room. Then Receptionist looked at the bottle and cap carrefully and realised it is not realy broken and told us e do not need to pay. We did not feel very good.

The tooms was very nice, and we got upgraded to stay in the deluxe room! The bathroom was nice but a bit smell from the bath tub. The staff was friendly. The facilities were nice except for the fitness was too small. Overall, I will stay there next time!

We took this Hotel for a short 3days stay at Kata Beach. The Hotel is located around 7 minutes by walk to the beach. But theres only one Hotel which is directly located at the beach, all others are also a little away. The Hotel is OK, they have a large pool, which we never used as its in the shadows all the time (they have plenty amounts of trees in the property).
The room were ok, not much too complain about, besides you hear your neighboors too much, thats because they have these connection wood doors between rooms.
Just do one thing if u consider booking this hotel, do not book anything with food here, not even the breakfast. Its awfull, e.g. they doing omelettes from eggs from a huge bowl which stands in the sun for like 2hrs! And everything they offered was nearly uneatable! Anway if u dont touch any food here, and just need it for MAX 3 days and get a good offer, you can book. ps. theyre building a new shopping centre right next to the hotel, which means state nov07 you have construction noises!! i guess theyre done in one year or something.
