i had a pleasent stay at the kata palm, i found the hotel staff all very friendly and helpfull,kata beach white sand and blue sea, is only 5 minutes walk away i would return again, the resort a little on the quiet side however night life only short taxi ride away,if your looking for a nice hotel in a quiet location at a fair price this is the one.

the service was excellent.the girls had a great time at the pool especially the cocktails at the bar pool.2 for 1 between 5 and 6pm.Thank you to Pauline and the girls at reception for the birthday cake too. will return again

The hotel is great, good location, lovely room wicked view of the pool. They can speak good english and can understand you well. The Breakfast was lovely but always run out of bacon. close to shopping and restaurants.. Love the pool bar and the fact that you can eat at the pool bar..would go back to the hotel again..highly recommend

Value for money. The pool is nice. Choice for breakfast was fine compare to price, except some crazy insects were always around.

The 2 pools are very nice. The pool access is very convenience. If you drive this hotel is very convenience with the parking space because there are many hotels around the area that has no parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely gracious and the pool was one of the best I have ever seen. The room also exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. When we were unhappy with the smokey smell in our pool view room (we had requested a non-smoking room), we were upgraded to a pool access room. Rooms on the small side; however, the swimming pools are huge and wonderful. No problem getting a pool lounge chair any time of day. Breakfast buffet ample with good variety of food.

The Kata Palm Resort and Spa was a good hotel. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were good. Although the hotel is not ocean front, the hotel was very close to Kata Beach. The tour desk was helpful as well. We would stay there again.
