-We ,My family stay on Kata lucky villa here from 4th march to 10th march. And this Villa was totally perfect for us with our 2 children. Good in the room for us all, Perfect !
-Very close to the pool also good and very nice pool !
-One thing how can be better is the breakfast should be better if they have the chef outside so you could order directly to him what you want to have. Like Omelett ... They should have little more choicees also.
But over all I reallly recommend this place to all others much better than a hotel !

A very nice hotel, especially when travelling with children. Really nice bungalows with two rooms and a small kitchen and you practically step directly from the terrace to the pool area (the pool is not so big but it is beautiful).
Hotel breakfast is OK and the free taxi service to Kata works very good.
The only negative thing is the 5-7 min walk down to the beach, especially when having a baby carriage, but it is no larger problem. The traffic is not very intense. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. I really recommend this nice oasis for anyone that like a peaceful och relaxing place to stay for a few nights.

Friendly and helpful staff, very generous sized rooms, very clean. We arrived in the morning and were able to check into our room 2 hours early.
Only downside was lots of mosquitoes but I guess that comes with staying close by to gardens and mountains.
During our trip in Thailand we stayed at 5 different places and Kata Lucky Villa was definately our favourite.
