I got a free upgrade, it is really fine and room is perfect. But I have to complain the taxi service because I almost missed my flight. I booked the taxi from the front desk and paid the full amount. But on the next day, the taxi did not come. I asked the agent to check and she tried but said it is not their foul because it is outsourced service. I waitted for 40min but the taxi not come, we were afraid to miss the flight. I had to push again and again. Finally hotel agreed to send us by the hotel car. It is really a rush hour.
