The Karon Cafe is well situated near the beach, eating houses, shops, banks and tour operators. Staff are very attentive and service is good. The food is excellent. This is a good value for money hotel and we will certainly return. The only minor negative aspect would be the stairs to the rooms which are fairly steep for those who struggle climbing stairs.

An Excellent Quality/Price.Why to go in hotel expensive ?
We were next to the beach, next to restaurants, the room was very clean and very nice.The breakfast very good....If we come back here, it will be with Karon Cafe inn

Karon Cafe was full but we were given an equal room at Margaritas which was excellent. The street of both Karon Cafe and Margaritas is quite noisy due to the discoes around. If you want to stay in a quiet place, make sure you get a room to the back side or book another location. Room and facilities at Margaritas were excellent.

When I booked this holiday I explained I have a disabled son. When we arrived we found we had to climb e flights of stairs to get to our rooms. We stayed one night cancelled and found other accomidation suited to our sons needs.

The staff were not necessarily friendly although they were not Unfriendly. I have stayed at many other hotels (10+) in Phuket and this was not one of the good ones. They could have been friendlier, the hotel could have been cleaner, but they were not unfriendly.
