Everything ok, good location not far from Chaweng center but quiet and well located on the beach. Good breakfast and swimmimg pool service. Rooms are very nice and spacious.Only thing I dislike is reception that is not in an open space. too small and comfortable for the people working there but not for the customers.

The room is big but the bed is small compared to other hotels. The hotel in quite old style, i.e. Room key (instead of key card), it is not convenience to carry it. The air-condition is very noisy and not cool enough, i even fix it to the lowest temperature but still feel hot during sleeping. All hotel staff is not nice, no smile when they see you....bad service. Hotel breakfast is bad too. So many ants around the food table. I just drop some food on the table then many ants coming to eat. Anyway, i will not stay this hotel again and will not recommend friends to stay too.

The hotel is beautiful, situated on a gorgeous bay. The bathroom we had in a superior room was amazing.
The prices for drinks, food and the spa in the hotel were a bit expensive compared to nearby beach restaurants. You can get a masage on th beach for 200 baht where as the hotel were charging 500 baht upwards. Saying all this we would definately stay at the Kanda Buri again as it is so lovely.

I would choose this hotel for; 1. good location, easy access to Chaweng yet quiet area 2. well equipped, spacious rooms 3. nice pool and carden area 4.friendly staff. This is a big hotel to serve many kinds of customers. I would not recommend it for somebody looking for individuality, modern design or boutique hotel athmosphere.

Great hotel, the rooms are top quality, i stayed in the new block the other side of the beach front area, more peaceful and the pool there is somewhre you can relax like a budda monk.
The staff are very friendly and will help you in everyway, breakfast was nice, and the staff very very helpful and friendly always willing to have a good old chat.
This place is a good place to unwind or homeymoon.

Customer service was excellent. Staff was attentive and knowledgable. Rooms are large, beautiful, clean. Located right on the beach. Would most definitely stay here again.

The people working there will want you to pay pay and pay. Even if you use there laundry bag, the will ask 200 baht for taking it. I will never stay there again.

WHERE A STAYING IN A AREA WITH BIG TROUBLE ALL DAY CAUSE PEOPLE WORK ON THE LIFT(THE BUILDING FOR SUPERIOR ROOM IS NOT FINISCH)
