Location is excellent; right on the beach in the middle of the bay. Rooms were a good size. I would recommend using the hotel as a base, and eat out. We only had one meal there, which was expensive and not good quality. There are many good restaurants (in the town and on the beach) very close and much cheaper. Internet was very expensive in the hotel so did not use. Again, many internet cafes nearby and much cheaper.

A decent hotel with clean well-kept rooms with two swimming pools right on the (quieter) Kamala Beach for thoses that want to avoid the busier beaches and go go bars of Phuket. Full rack rate is not a bargain but if you can get the room at a discount during non-peak season I think it a good choice for the area. Be sure to confirm if breakfast is included in your room booking and make sure you have it in writing. Otherwise will cost you and additional 300 Baht ($10).

nice food and a good variety in the restaurant. good service - friendly staff. air-con seems a bit old. water pressure for showers and running a bath too low.

Over-priced hotel that does not live up to the nice pictures on the website. Dark, damp, small rooms where you can hear everything your neighbours are up to. Mold stains under the A/C and an ant colony on the desk in the room is not really worth 4000 bath a night. The hotel complex reminds somewhat of a 70s eastern European "luxury hotel".
Service is OK but they actually wanted to charge us for a teaspoon that was missing in our room (it was not there when we came, but I do not have the routine to count all items that are supposed to be there when you arrive after a long journey). The location is excellent though, so we used the hotel just for sleeping and spent all other time outside of the hotel. There are lots of cheaper, cozy hotels close to the beach that are much better options if you want to stay in beautiful Kamala.

We had big problems with mosquitos, because of the sour on the backside of our room, it led to infections which made us search for medical assistense. We feel it a bit wrong calling it deluxe bungalow, as long as there is one building with 4 rooms and the fact that we had to share the terrace with the neighbors

Kamala was perfect!!! It is a great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The resort was wonderful! I would definitely go back.
