I am french but there is too much french people in this hotel. If french people want to evade, choose another hotel

The staff is not very friendly, not even smiling back at you. The prices in the bar & restaurants are too high.

Jungle Park has seen its best, the plumbing was bad, sewage coming out of the taps, rooms tatty and damp. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was terribly disappointing to arrive at such a neglected and unclean facility. I still had to pay for one night, but it was worth it to not stay there. My standards are not overwhelmingly high, and even I was surprised at the lack of upkeep at this place.

Hotel was lovely but very expensive. Had a fantastic time and the beach was amazing however, we stayed in places that were just as nice along the way but alot cheaper. I was new year but even so! Plus the hotel was nowhere near full, we were told when we tried to book the first time that there were no vacancies but were told otherwise when we called the hotel direct.

It was a pleasure to stay in your hotel. The children loved it. The reception was very good. They had all the info that we needed. The vieuw is so beautifull. We had a great time.
