I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world but have never stayed in a hotel that was consistently excellent across all departments. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and during my stay I had a serious medical problem which the staff handled with speed, efficiency and empathy. I was confined to hospital and the staff looked after my wife exceptionally well during this difficult time. I cannot fault any of the personnel at this hotel. Within 2 days we were known by name and greeted by name. Makes a huge difference. Everything was spotlessly clean, food in the restaurants was good, service in the pool area was very good.
One thing I would like to change is internet access. This is free via wi-fi in the reception area, pool area and business centre. Charges for internet access in the rooms are extortionate. When working I would have liked to work in the room occasionally but the internet charges prohibited this. That is the only fault I can find.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or leisure stays.
